Nepal’s first 4K TV channel ‘Galaxy 4K’ planned to broadcast most exciting programs very soon. More than that the interesting news is that those programs will be hosted by iconic personalities of Nepal. Galaxy 4K TV was announced by popular TV host Rabi Lamichhane with one event organized in Kathmandu on Tuesday (read more here).
Galaxy 4K TV programs includes Sidha Kura, Ko Bancha Crorepati, Sambandha, Crime Patrol, Kamka Kura, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champ, Lal Mohar, The Innovation, Forever, The Leader, Ramayan and Galaxy 24/7 News.
These programs will be hosted by well known and popular personalities of Nepal. Sidha Kura program is going to be hosted by Rabi Lamichhane himself who is the Managing Director of the Galaxy 4K TV. He will also host two other programs Manka Kura and The Leader. Lamichhane is well known for hosting the longest ever television talk show and Sidha Kura Janta Sanga TV program.
Nepali superstar Rajesh Hamal is going to host the most famous program Ko Bancha Crorepati which is Nepali version of Kaun Banega Crorepati hosted by superstar Amitabh Bachhan in India.
A TV show Sambandha meaning ‘the relation’ will be hosted by popular media personality of Nepali television Vijay Kumar Pandey. Similarly, well known Nepali actor Dipak Raj Giri is going to host Crime Patrol, a Nepali version of popular Hindi TV serial Crime Patrol.
Singing reality show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champ aimed to expose hidden singing talent will be hosted by most admired nepali singers Nhyoo Bajracharya, Indira Joshi and Kali Prasad Baskota. They were judge of Nepal Idol previously.
Mahabir Pun, the Nepali scientist, teacher, social entrepreneur and an activist is going to host TV show named ‘The Innovation‘ in Galaxy 4K with the motto of Let’s Invent. He was awarded with Magsaysay Award also known as Novel Prize of Asia for his contribution toward telecommunication in remote area of Nepal. He founded and engaged at National Innovation Center (NIC) a nonprofit sharing organization dedicated to create the culture of research and innovation in Nepal
Another TV show Lal Mohar at Galaxy 4K will be hosted by Young journalist Ramesh Prasai who won the Public Speaker Nepal Season 2 award and he is famous for his brave and strong speech on contemporary issues.
Nawaraj Parajuli, a popular Nepalese poet is going to host a TV show named Forever at Galaxy 4K. He is well known for starting the trend of Kabita Concerts where a poet recites poems to music.
Apart from this the television will also broadcast popular Sanskrit epics of ancient time known as The Ramayana, Galaxy 27/7 News and many more yet to come.
With such promising TV shows along with national iconic personalities as host, the first 4K TV, Galaxy 4K in Nepal hoped to fulfill the expectation of watching high quality TV shows in latest technology.
