Admission Open for MBA Program at GCI (With Fee Structure & Scholarship)

Global College International (GCI) based at Mid-Baneshwor Kathmandu announced admission for Master of Business Administration (MBA) program. Global College International (GCI), is a center for world class management education in Nepal affiliated to Mid-Western University (MU). About MBA Program at GCI – MU

Mid-Western University (MU) affiliated Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at GC1 is an intensive two year course spread over 4 semesters of full time study with the option of pursuing a specialization in one of the disciplinary areas in Finance, Marketing and HR. GCI recently collaborated with Erasmus+ EU programme to support for Research and Capacity Building through Entrepreneurship project.

GCI MBA is a pioneering program in Nepal, which responds to the current and emerging need of the business, corporate world and also responds the need of the Government entities. MU GCI MBA has been formed to prepare young individuals for careers as successful managers and entrepreneurs by developing managerial competence and acumen for the changing world. The program envisions itself to emerge as a leading management program which emphasizes to acquire state-of-the-art management knowledge and techniques in a practical and application oriented learning environment.

Students would be able to develop analytical and creative ability to diagnose situations and address them in a more rational way in the context of changing environment; and they would be able to apply and integrate management concepts and skills to local situations with global perspectives and further would develop specialization in one functional management discipline; and hence would demonstrate professional values, practices and behaviors in managing organizations.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Minimum 45 percentage or 2 CGPA in the bachelor level
2. Fluent in English (oral and written)

Interested student can apply for the program through online with this link: apply.gci.edu.np and is based on provisional basis. Student can also submit form in person at college completing offline form and the form will available at GCI Administration office located at Mid-Baneshwor, Kathmandu.

Fee Structure

Total fee for MBA program at GCI is 5 Lakh 95 Thousand NRs. in total for four semester and student can deposit fee in installment provision. Per semester fee is 148,750 NRs. and in each semester student have facility to deposit 74,375 NRs. twice as an installment.

Scholarship Provision

Each year GCI award several scholarship in the form of fee remission to outstanding candidates. Recipients are selected on the basis of exceptional academic performance as well as personal qualifies such as leadership, integrity, and community services.

This commitment is validated by GCI tuition and scholarship programs that have been created to recognize academic excellence and to make GCI-MBA affordable. GCI provide following five different scholarship provision which make it more affordable for outstanding candidates:

Manisha Koirala Cancer Education fund ( MKCEF) Scholarship ( Seat: ONE)

Entrance Date and Seat Available

GCI announce MBA program twice a year and for each intake there are maximum of 60 seat available. “However college enroll student only after the assurance of job placement in the market or related industry after the study”, said principal of GCI Dr. Karan Thagunna. This is quite beneficial for applicants and the enrolled students will engage in internship from first semester in the respective company or institution assured by college before admission. Entrance application period is one month of period from the day of admission announcement (i.e. one month from Feb 25, 2021).
